The E46 series was the fourth of the 3 Series car manufacturer BMW. It was founded in 1998 as successor of the E36 series presented and belongs to middle class. Since March 2005, the successor (BMW E90) was built. The Touring has been extended until early 2006 (successor to E91) produced. The Cabrio (successor to E93) has been sold by March 2007. In addition, there were the short version of "Compact", which was already in 2004 in favor of 1ers taken from the program.
